Where we ship

Outlast ships to all governorates in Egypt.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
• Other governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.

Shipping fees

• Free shipping on orders above 1,999 EGP.
• For orders below 1,999 EGP, the shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

All prices and shipping fees are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your shipment details. You can also contact us anytime for an update.

Delivery attempts

Our courier will contact you before delivery. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and you may be asked to cover the re-delivery fee.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
